Contact us at 011-57698864 to set an appointment with our storage consultant. Our storage consultant is available from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am until 6.00 pm.
Once you have made an appointment, come and visit our storage facility at Moomtaz Self Storage, Bandar Mahkota Cheras Kajang. Don’t worry, you are always welcomed even without an appointment.
Meet with our storage consultant on the scheduled date and time. Take a tour in our storage facility.
Select your preferred level and size of the unit. Our storage consultant will bring you to level by level if you are unsure of it. We have an elevator to help you move up and down, don’t worry!
After the tour, finalize which unit you are interested in and get a quotation from our storage consultant.
Once agreed on the fee, you are required to fill up an online form with your details.
Make payment by cash or bank transfer to proceed with the renting process.
Get an access code for the entrance gate and take a 5-minute briefing with our storage consultant. Ask away everything that you are unsure of!
Get your things ready and move in! You can move in at any time of your convenience. Once you have the access code, you are allowed to come in and out all around the clock. Be it during the day or night, you are good to go!
Don’t forget to buy your locks beforehand! This is to ensure the security of your unit. No one has access to your unit except you and people assigned by you. None of our staff can access to your unit as well!
